The CyberHive Matrix 2026 is here, and I could not be prouder of where Nanitor lands. The European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) has placed Nanitor in the European Leaders Area for Vulnerability Management

Published to mark ECSO's 10th anniversary, the CyberHive Matrix is an independent, transparent map of Europe's cybersecurity market. Being named a Leader is external recognition of something our customers and partners have helped build: a platform that delivers real clarity and control over the entire attack surface.

To everyone who has worked with us to get here, thank you. This one is shared.

What the CyberHive Matrix is

The CyberHive Matrix is ECSO's independent overview of European cybersecurity solutions, built for buyers rather than vendors. It exists to help end-users and investors explore European solutions with confidence, using a methodology that was designed to be transparent, replicable, and trustworthy.

Solutions are assessed on two axes: User Experience and European Readiness. The strongest performers are placed in the European Leaders Area. Importantly, these placements are independently assessed by ECSO, not self-declared by vendors. For any organisation evaluating its security stack, that independence is exactly what makes the Matrix a useful, neutral reference point.

Nanitor Continuous Threat Exposure Monitoring is recognised among Europe's leading vulnerability management solutions . On a map built for buyers, Nanitor stands among the leaders, and that is a place we intend to keep earning.

Why this recognition matters

Vulnerability management is crowded with tools that promise visibility and deliver noise. Independent validation cuts through that. When a neutral European body assesses solutions on how they actually perform for users and how ready they are for the European market, the result is a reference point buyers can trust.

For security leaders, an independent benchmark answers a hard question simply: which solutions have earned their standing, rather than marketed their way into it? We are proud that Nanitor is one of them.

This recognition also reflects a deliberate choice about how we build. Nanitor is designed and built in Europe, supports both cloud and on-premise deployments, and is built to meet the data sovereignty and compliance expectations that European organisations increasingly demand. As regulatory pressure grows across the continent, that European readiness is no longer a nice-to-have. It is central to how modern security teams evaluate the tools they depend on.

The platform behind the placement

Nanitor delivers a modern Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) platform that gives organisations real-time clarity and control over their entire attack surface. Unlike traditional vulnerability scanners that provide periodic snapshots, Nanitor continuously discovers assets, validates exposures, and prioritises what truly matters based on actual business impact, not guesswork.

At the core of the platform is Nanitor Diamond , a unique prioritisation model that moves beyond simple CVSS scores. It combines exploitability, exposure context, configuration posture, and compensating controls to highlight the issues that genuinely put an organisation at risk. The result is fewer false alarms, faster remediation, and sharper focus for IT and security teams.

Nanitor integrates seamlessly into existing environments, consolidating vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, compliance gaps, and identity risks into a single, actionable workflow. Automated validation, stakeholder-ready reporting, and built-in collaboration tools make it simple to turn insight into measurable security improvements. For MSPs and MSSPs , multi-tenant capabilities are purpose-built in.

The platform is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and GDPR compliant by design, reflecting the same standards we ask our customers to hold themselves to.

What comes next

A placement in the European Leaders Area is recognition, not a finish line. The threat landscape keeps moving, and so do we. Our commitment is the same as it was the day we started: to help security teams move from reactive firefighting to proactive, continuous resilience.

To our customers and partners, this recognition is yours as much as it is ours. Thank you for trusting us, challenging us, and building this with us.

If you want to understand how independent European bodies are mapping the cybersecurity market, and where Nanitor sits within it, I would encourage you to explore the report for yourself.
