Diamond Vision

The Nanitor Diamond™

The Nanitor Diamond™ shows an immediate visualized overview of all potential security issues found on your systems, broken down by issue criticality and asset criticality.

With a glance at the top squares of the diamond, identify the presence of critical issues on your most important assets. Any square can be clicked for a further breakdown of the issues, what assets they exist on, and remediation instructions for each.

Prioritization across all your platforms

Prioritization across all your platforms

Nanitor prioritizes security issues by their potential impact on your organization - for instance, a critical unauthorized data access vulnerability will have a large impact if found on an important database server containing sensitive data. Issues are grouped automatically into priority groups by Nanitor prioritization score (NPS), providing a clear plan of action for your security team.

Rank the criticality of your assets based on customized system-wide labels that can be assigned manually or automatically, and Nanitor will intelligently adjust from there. Fine-tune Nanitor’s default ranking of different kinds of issues to suit your organization’s needs if necessary, and see your adjustments reflected in the diamond.

The 3-step process of remediation

Step 1

Identify the most critical issue

Nanitor automatically detects security issues on your assets, processes them and lists them in one place.

The Nanitor Diamond™ and dynamic priority ranking by NPS make it easy to identify the most important issues to fix.

Dynamic issue and asset priority

What Dynamic Issue Priority and Dynamic Asset Priority are?

Dynamic Issue Priority (DIP) and Dynamic Asset Priority (DAP) are Nanitor’s assessments of how important an asset or issue is, expressed as a number from 1 to 10.

Effective prioritization requires taking into account both the impact of an issue and the assets affected by it. Nanitor combines the criticality of an issue and the most important affected assets in the issue’s NPS, which is used to prioritize issues across the Nanitor system. Issue detection and prioritization happens in real time - the Nanitor Diamond will show a critical issue as soon as it is detected, without having to run special scanning tools.

What is RISC impact rating?

Why is Dynamic rating important?

You control the relative importance of different assets within your organization using Nanitor’s powerful labeling system.

Nanitor will take over from there, intelligently adjusting ratings where threats against one asset may impact another. Issues that are not addressed will automatically rise in importance over time as the window for threat actors to discover and exploit the issue grows.
