Prior to Nanitor Heimir led the Microsoft office in Iceland for over 6 years and was also part of the EMEA Microsoft Black Belt team within Business Application. Heimir also previously led the international expansion of Applicon SAP Core Banking across Northern Europe and has been an entrepreneur within Data Analysis and platforms.

Software and networks executive with over 25 years of experience in high growth companies. Prior to joining Nanitor he most recently held a senior leadership position at AMDOCS driving product initiatives globally. His extensive experience includes senior positions with successful software startups and multinationals globally.

Co-founder of Nanitor, entrepreneur and software architect with a background in computer security. In 2012 he became runner up in the UK IT security awards. Alfred started his career as a System administrator, but switched over to software engineering after completing a BSc. in computer science from the Reykjavik University.

Analytical entrepreneur and software architect with a strong academic background. Growing up hacking, playing with electronics and programming, Gus then completed BSc. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics. He went on to complete a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and doing Postdoctoral research at Johns Hopkins University. He likes to tackle complex problems including algorithms and security.
